Discussions are underway to beef up security in Guinea Bissau

Guinea-Bissau has been politically unstable since independence from Portugal in 1974, going through four coups and several attempted coups. Discussions are underway to beef up security in Guinea Bissau. This was revealed  in closed door meeting of Edmund Kwadwo Koda, Captain Rtd (Director of Security at Presidency of Guinea Bissau) with H.E Prince Tetteh (Ghana Consular to Guinea Bissau) during the post-Cabinet press briefing.
